All information on this Site is the sole property of D.R.E.A.M, and does not become the property of any user by virtue of allowing use of the Site. Site users may not modify D.R.E.A.M Information obtained from this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, transmit, or distribute or otherwise use the D.R.E.A.M Information for any commercial or other purpose. For the purposes of these Terms, any use of the D.R.E.A.M. Information on any other website or networked computer environment (including but not limited to posting of D.R.E.A.M Information on a local Intranet or Extranet) for any purpose is prohibited without the express written permission of D.R.E.A.M. The D.R.E.A.M Information on this Site is copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any D.R.E.A.M Information located on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you fail to comply with these terms, your authorization to use this Site will be automatically terminated and you must immediately destroy any D.R.E.A.M Information obtained from the Site. Please understand that the limitations placed on the use of D.R.E.A.M Information are intended to protect proprietary information belonging to D.R.E.A.M that is accessible to users of this website. The limitations do not apply, for example, to discussions about our products or website, such as providing feedback about your experience with our products or services on this Site or other websites or forums, or posting pictures of merchandise or items from our Site that you like or have purchased (such as on other social media sites).

WARRANTY POLICY

1) Free Warranty- has to be returned broken within the first 6 months of having the item.

2) Extended Warranty- Pay an extra $50 and the warranty is extended to 3 years.

3. Lifetime Warranty- Pay an extra $100 and the warranty lasts for life.

RETURN POLICY & REFUND POLICY

1.) Must return item with receipt and in top condition within 30 days.

2.) If returned within 3 days you'll receive full money back with whatever payment used. Anything after 3 days until 30 days will be store credit.

3.) No exchanges will be issued but if a product is received damaged we will give you the choice between a refund or issue a replacement.

Once you return the items it must be in original condition and proof of purchase must be approved. Then once your return is received and inspected by our staff we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
